Exercises for Neck & Shoulder Pain

If you are suffering from a sore neck &/or shoulders…we feel your pain!! It’s pretty common seeing as the neck is so vulnerable and has to support that heavy bowling ball on top!

It is usually the result of a strain or sprain from activities such as:

  • poor posture
  • working at a desk for too long without changing position
  • sleeping with your neck in a bad position
  • jerking your neck during exercise
  • injury due to an accident
  • Stress or anxiety

In most cases, neck/shoulder pain isn’t serious and can be relieved within a few days.

Help ease the pain with rest, ice and or heat and then move to gentle stretching and strengthening exercises.
